Boot Camp Is Operated By the New Fathers Foundation, Inc.

To attract grant funding and to expand and operate Boot Camp for New Dads, in 1995 we formed the New Fathers Foundation, Inc., a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization. The Board of Directors is as follows:

Greg Bishop, Founder & President
The father of two sons and two daughters and a brother to twelve, Greg is President of the New Fathers
Foundation and Head Coach of Boot Camp. He is also CEO of Trauma Care of America, Inc., founder of the non-profit National Foundation for Trauma Care, Inc., the nation’s trauma center association, and CEO of Dads Adventure.

Larry Ball, Chair, Board of Directors
The father of two sons and a daughter and a grandfather to three, Larry has over 25 years experience as a senior executive in a variety of industries. A prolific author on human resource management trends, he piloted the sponsorship of Boot Camp for New Dads by Kiwanis International.

Larry Bishop, Board Member
The father of thirteen children and the grand and great-grandfather of forty-two, Larry served with the U.S. Marines in the South Pacific, had a long career as an aerospace engineer, and raised his 7 sons to be hands-on involved fathers.

Alejandro Moreno, Board Member
The father of one son, Alejandro is a nationally recognized speaker on fatherhood development and co-founder of the National Compadres Network. A founding member of the New Fathers Foundation, Inc., he helped develop the Spanish version of Boot Camp for New Dads.

Col. Thomas Bishop (Ret.), Board Member
The father of two sons and big brother of thirteen, Tom also has three grandchildren. Tom had a 26 year career in the U.S. Air Force as a fighter pilot in Vietnam and at the Joint Chiefs of Staff, White House, and the National Defense College, and currently works for the U.S. Department of Defense in Iraq.

John Bishop, Board Member
The father of two girls, John is founder and CEO of a successful architectural graphics design firm, and brings key management and graphic skills to the New Fathers Foundation, Inc.

Joseph Bishop, Board Member
The new father of one son, Joe was a software engineer for Jet Propulsion Laboratories and built several companies using emerging technologies, talents he also brings to the New Fathers Foundation, Inc.
